We Need Your Help!

The Carnival is a beloved Loma Vista Tradition and a super fun on-campus event - but it requires A LOT of help in order to run the event smoothly. 

Volunteer Opportunities

Thursday, April 9 - 2:45-4:00 pm
Carnival prep

Friday, April 10 - 10:00am-2:30pm
Decorate booths, set up games & races, prep food

Friday, April 10
2:30-4 pm or 4-5:30 pm 
Work a shift at a food, game or service booth

Cakes/Cupcakes
We need as many as we can get for the cake walk! Drop off on Friday, April 10 after 12 pm

Soda - Up to 10 cases per type
Drop off in the office by Wednesday, April 8

 Stuffed Animals & Books (Lightly Used)
We appreciate anything in good shape worth passing on! Please put them in a bag & drop off in the office.  

Ice
Drop off Friday, April 10 after 12 pm

Coolers
As many as we can get! Drop off in the office starting Thursday, April 9

Carnival Presale Deals 

Order in advance and skip the long ticket lines at the carnival!

Presale orders start Friday, March 20. Available to order until Tuesday, April 7 at 3 pm.
Presale deals will NOT be available at the carnival.

Wristband - $20/each

INCLUDES: Unlimited access to over a dozen inflatables & carnival games, foam party & cake walk PLUS 1 food item*, 1 drink & 1 dessert 

Carnival Cash - $1 each

For use at food* or service booths (crafts, face painting, hair dye, tiaras, stuffies/books. Activities cost between $1-$5. Cougar Cash can also be used for inflatables/carnival games and raffle tickets ($1 each)

*Not accepted at Kona Ice or other food truck

Presale orders start Friday, March 20!

Fill out the order form that will be sent home and return it to school along with your payment by Tuesday, April 7.
